Actuality Group will consider short and long term custom development contracts. We are registered Apple developers for Mac and iPhone, and have 3 decades of systems software development experience. Our criteria for acceptance of development contracts rests on how well we feel the project fits with our vision to simplify the mind-machine interface. We will not consider contracts that involve copying or reverse engineering existing intellectual property. We believe we are required by law to protect our integrity by refusing to enter contracts where our proprietary intellectual property would or could become tainted by faulty 3rd party license agreements. Each contract will be carefully analyzed for potential licensing issues.
