Although we cannot yet provide warranty subsidized service on your Macs, iPods, and iPhones, we are certified by Apple to perform non-warranty service, repairs, and upgrades on all Mac desktops and laptops, and can perform custom upgrades to iPods and iPhones. We can also facilitate sending your Mac to Apple for warranty repair or finding a local Certified Service Center.

Same Day Service By Appointment

If you are local to Santa Cruz or the Central Coast, and cannot afford to be away from your computer for even one night, consider our same-day service. Most repairs and upgrades can be accomplished in less than a day if scheduled ahead of time. 

PC Service

Bring your PC in for diagnosis or schedule a house call. We will do most repairs and upgrades with same-day service by reservation, and cheaper than GeekSquad.

Service Contracts
